Irvine Pacific debuts new Cambria neighborhood
The brand new community will open in the Village of Stonegate

Irvine Pacific’s newest neighborhood, Cambria, is set to grand open in Irvine’s Village of Stonegate on Saturday, Jan. 26. The community is the seventh area to open in Stonegate, and offers model homes with three different floorplans for prospective buyers.
“Cambria provides first-time homebuyers and young families with a great opportunity to enjoy the unique lifestyle found in the Village of Stonegate,” said Tom Veal, Vice President of Residential Sales and Marketing for Irvine Pacific. “Attractive home prices and historically low interest rates, combined with open floorplans that emphasize casual living and indoor-outdoor entertaining make Cambria very attractive to young professionals looking to own a home and eager to live in a master-planned community with world-class schools, safe neighborhoods and abundant amenities.”
The townhouses range from 1,503 to 1,690 square feet and pricing will start from around the low $500,000s. These homes will feature 2 to 3 bedroom, 1.5 and 2 bathrooms, and kitchens with stainless steel appliances.
