Irvine-based 360 Commercial Partners, a two-and-a-half-year-old commercial real estate brokerage company, has joined forces with global real estate giant Jones Lang LaSalle in a merger that will rebrand the local firm as a JLL office.

Louis Tomaselli, founded 360 Commercial Partners in 2010. A former senior vice president of Voit Commercial Brokerage in Anaheim, Tomaselli brought to his new venture a reputation as one of the Voit’s top five producers during his 23-year tenure with the company. He successfully marketed his new firm in the Southern California real estate market, landing some big deals and launching an in-house commercial real estate marketing agency, 360 CREative Lab.

“This alliance of two great companies that are culturally aligned and have fantastic business synergies will create the strongest commercial real estate firm in the region,” Tomaselli said. “We are now one company that has a shared vision to be the chosen real estate expert and strategic advisors to the leading owners, occupiers and investors throughout Orange County as well as around the world.”

The acquisition, described as a merger by the two companies, will broaden the office’s capability to provide services in the area of industrial sales, leasing, and mid- and low-rise office building sales. The deal also expands Jones Lang LaSalle’s service presence in the commercial real estate segment in the Orange County region.

The Irvine office joins the JLL presence of 860 employees across Southern California, and 143 in Orange County. Tomaselli will continue to lead the office in the area of industrial practice, while Jeff Ingham will head up research and development practices.

“By leveraging our strong combined office and industrial capabilities, we will have the opportunity to expand our services, with a focus on growing our landlord leasing and sales capability, strengthening our tenant representation practice and more effectively delivering all of our market leading services to the region. We will now be better prepared to help clients maximize the value of their real estate by anticipating change and seizing opportunities,” Ingham said.

"We have experienced firsthand that Louis and his team are premier experts in Orange County," said Peter Belisle, Southwest market director for Jones Lang LaSalle. "The growth of Orange County's manufacturing and distribution sector is playing a key role in the region's recovery.  We are looking forward to collaborating with our new team members to provide value to our clients and grow Jones Lang LaSalle in the region."
