Taylor Arnett CapRock Partners, a private commercial real estate investment firm based in Orange County, California, today announced that Taylor Arnett has joined the company. Arnett brings more than a decade of expertise in acquisitions to CapRock, including a proven track record for successful sourcing, underwriting, and equity raising across commercial real estate asset classes. "The addition of Taylor Arnett to our acquisitions team further underscores our firm's continued growth and expansion throughout California," said Jon Pharris, CapRock Partners co-founder and Director of Acquistions. "We are known for our unsurpassed access to deals - and for consistently performing to close those transactions. Taylor will further expand our deal pipeline to reflect our increased deployment of capital within our existing and new investment funds." Prior to joining CapRock Partners, Arnett served as Acquisitions Manager for Asset Management Consultants, Inc. Previous to joining AMC, Arnett was a senior financial analyst for The Koll Company where he was responsible for the underwriting and due diligence processes on office and industrial acquisitions ranging from $10 million to $50 million in the southwest U.S. Arnett began his real estate career as commercial real estate appraiser at Frazier Capital in Downtown Los Angeles. "CapRock's focus on institutional-quality assets, and their entrepreneurial approach in acquiring, developing and adding value to them, makes them unique in the commercial real estate investment sector - and provides a significant competitive advantage," says Arnett. "I plan to leverage my expertise in all aspects of the acquisitions process to further our firm's mission and extend our success in delivering impressive returns to investors." Arnett graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Occidental College in Los Angeles, where he played collegiate football, serving as Captain his senior year. He is a licensed California Real Estate Agent, an active member of NAIOP SoCal, and a graduate of NAIOP Southern California Young Professional's Group, in which he has stayed active as a Chair for both the Alumni Programs and Curriculum Committees. Headquartered in Irvine, California, CapRock Partners is a fast-growing private commercial real estate investment firm focused on investing in value and industrial assets throughout California and developing Class A industrial buildings in Southern California.
