As a member of Rutan’s Employment Law Department, Russ brings extensive experience in litigating a broad range of complex commercial disputes, including claims for breach of contract, wrongful termination, race discrimination, misappropriation of trade secrets and unfair business competition. Her practice also includes counseling and training clients on various business issues in order to prevent litigation.
